Overview

Outreach Pilot is built on a local-first principle. Your LinkedIn session, leads, and messages stay on your computer. We never have access to them.

What data we collect and store

On our servers, we store:

• Your email address — for billing, license management, and support.
• Stripe subscription metadata — subscription status, billing cycle, and payment information (handled entirely by Stripe).
• License key — a unique key that links your account to your license. The key itself contains no personal data.

What data we do NOT store

• Your LinkedIn session, cookies, or authentication tokens.
• Your lead lists or prospect data.
• Your messages or message templates.
• Your LinkedIn account username or profile information.
• Any browsing or outreach history.

Data sent to Anthropic (Claude API)

When you use the app to generate or refine messages, prospect profile data is sent to Anthropic's Claude API for message generation. Anthropic's privacy policy applies. Claude API does not train on your data by default (see Anthropic's terms for details).

Cancellation and data deletion

When you cancel your subscription, we delete your account and billing records from our servers. Your lead lists and messages remain on your computer — you own that data forever.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes via email.
